Crab salad

Delight in the taste of succulent crab combined with crisp veggies and zesty dressing. This seafood salad is a refreshing culinary delight.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • ½ cup finely diced celery
  • ½ cup diced green bell pepper
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 450g fresh lump crabmeat, drained and picked
  • ⅔ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a big nonstick pan, warm up some oil over medium to high heat. Toss in the onion and the following 4 items; cook while stirring for about 4 minutes until soft. Allow it to cool down for 10 minutes or until it reaches room temperature.
  2. Put crabmeat and the following 4 items into a medium-sized bowl. Add the cooled vegetables; softly mix them together. Cover it up and let it rest in the fridge.
