Crab salad
Delight in the taste of succulent crab combined with crisp veggies and zesty dressing. This seafood salad is a refreshing culinary delight.
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- ½ cup finely diced celery
- ½ cup diced green bell pepper
- ½ cup diced red bell pepper
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 450g fresh lump crabmeat, drained and picked
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
- In a big nonstick pan, warm up some oil over medium to high heat. Toss in the onion and the following 4 items; cook while stirring for about 4 minutes until soft. Allow it to cool down for 10 minutes or until it reaches room temperature.
- Put crabmeat and the following 4 items into a medium-sized bowl. Add the cooled vegetables; softly mix them together. Cover it up and let it rest in the fridge.
