Crab and avocado lettuce wraps with spicy lime vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • Spicy Lime Vinaigrette
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons watermelon radish, finely chopped
  • 1 ripe avocado, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, washed, unpeeled, finely chopped
  • 450g cooked jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1 small head Bibb lettuce, washed
