Courgette noodle salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 piece Juice from 1/2 lime
  • 75 grams mange tout (snow peas or snap peas)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 piece garlic clove

Instructions:

  1. Sauté the sesame seeds on medium heat for 4-5 minutes (until they turn golden brown).
  2. In another skillet, cook the snap peas for 2 minutes. Then, mix in the finely shredded ginger, minced garlic, spiralized zucchini, and carrot. Cook for 1-2 minutes (until they become tender).
