Cottage cheese and radish salad

Ingredients:
- 450g 2% cottage cheese
- 4 radishes
- 1 shallot
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 cup minced parsley
Instructions:
- Cut off the ends of radishes and put them in the food processor bowl. Pulse a few times, about 3 or 4 times. Next, add shallot and pulse again 3 or 4 times.Combine radish, shallot, and cottage cheese in a medium-sized bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and celery seed.Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, stir in chopped parsley.
