Copycat mcdonald's southwest salad

Ingredients:
- ½ cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 3 tablespoons salsa
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ¾ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed
- ⅓ cup slivered red onion
- ¼ cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- Lime wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine sour cream, salsa, lime juice, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a spacious bowl.
- Mix in lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, corn, black beans and onion until everything is evenly coated. Distribute the mixture onto 4 plates and sprinkle cheese on top. Optionally, serve with lime wedges.
