Citrus slaw

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 to 3 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 450g sack shredded slaw salad mix
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Take off the lid of the jar and soften the marmalade by heating it in the microwave for 15 seconds. Transfer the softened marmalade into a bowl and mix in lemon and lime juice, spicy sauce, and olive oil. Mix the dressing with the slaw salad and add salt and pepper to taste.
