Ingredients:
- 3 large navel oranges
- 4 tangerines
- 1 ruby red grapefruit
- 2 blood oranges
- 1 teaspoon orange flower water (see Note)
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon orange juice
- 2 teaspoons confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate arils (seeds)

Instructions:
- Start by using a sharp knife to cut off both ends of each citrus fruit. Remove and throw away the peels and the white pith. Slice the fruits into rounds that are 1/4-inch thick, making sure to discard any seeds.
- Place the citrus rounds on a serving platter. In a small bowl, mix together orange flower water, lemon juice, and orange juice. Pour the juice mixture over the citrus rounds. Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar and pomegranate arils. Cover the salad and allow it to sit for 15 minutes so the flavors can combine. Before serving, add mint as a garnish.
