Citrus & napa cabbage salad
Try this zesty Citrus & Napa cabbage salad for a burst of refreshing flavors. Tangy citrus pairs perfectly with crunchy cabbage, creating a delightful taste sensation. Perfect for a light and healthy meal option.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- 8 cups shredded green cabbage (from 1 small head)
Instructions:
- Combine lemon juice, oil, parsley, mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well. Add cabbage and mix until coated; allow to marinate for 10 minutes. Mix again; you can serve right away or store in the fridge for up to 1 hour before serving.
