Chopped radish salad with apples, avocado and kale

Ingredients:
- 3 bunches radishes
- 2 apples
- 1 bunch flatleaf kale
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Wash the radishes and trim off the stems. Cut them into small pieces resembling toothpicks.
