Chopped caprese salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 romaine hearts, quartered lengthwise and chopped 
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves 
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped 
  • 230g fresh mozzarella, cubed 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine the tomatoes, romaine lettuce, basil, olives, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, and minced garlic in a spacious salad bowl. Drizzle with red wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper as desired. Mix thoroughly.
