Chop chop mediterranean salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cucumbers, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 10 artichoke hearts in water, squeezed, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 30g feta
  • 340g grilled chicken, chopped
