Ingredients:
- 2 cucumbers, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 10 artichoke hearts in water, squeezed, chopped
- 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 30g feta
- 340g grilled chicken, chopped
