Chinese chicken salad with citrus-miso dressing

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mirin, (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix together miso, grated orange peel and juice, oil, ginger, rice vinegar and mirin (if desired) in a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
