Chili lime fruit salad

Delight your taste buds with a zesty blend of chili and lime infused fruits, creating a refreshing and tangy salad bursting with vibrant flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cubed pineapple
  • 3 cups cubed watermelon
  • 2 kiwis, peeled, quartered, and sliced
  • Half a papaya, seeds and skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 170g blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest and 2 tablespoons lime juice (from 1 to 2 limes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions:

  1. Place all the chopped fruit in a big serving bowl. In a separate small bowl, mix together the lime zest, lime juice, and chili powder. Drizzle the chili-lime mixture over the fruit and mix well. Enjoy right away or store in the fridge until serving time.
