Chicory salad with smoked salmon

Ingredients:
- tablespoons crème fraiche
- tablespoons olive oil
- tablespoons white wine vinegar
- Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
- /2 small shallot, thinly sliced
- cups chicories, such as endive, radicchio or frisée, torn into 2” pieces
- ounces oz. hot smoked salmon, flaked
- tablespoon chopped chives
- teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions:
- Combine crème fraiche, olive oil, and white wine vinegar in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper and keep it aside.
- Mix shallot and chicories in a large bowl, pour dressing over them and season with salt and pepper. Serve on plates, top with smoked salmon, and garnish with chives and poppy seeds.
