Chickpea & tomato balsamic salad

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh basil or parsley
  • 1 (430g) can chickpeas, rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:
