Chicken salad with pecans & dried cherries

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup plain whole-milk yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped scallions
  • 3 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 4 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
  • ¾ cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • ½ cup chopped pecans, toasted (see Tip)
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped celery
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped carrot

Instructions:
