Chicken kababs

Ingredients:
- 2270g boneless, skinless chicken breast, trimmed and cut into 2-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- Salt and black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup salad oil
Instructions:
- Put the diced chicken in a spacious container. Combine the powdered garlic, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1/2 tablespoon of pepper with the chicken, followed by the lemon juice and vegetable oil; stir thoroughly. Seal the container with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Get the grill ready for high temperatures. Skewer the marinated chicken onto skewers that are 10 inches long, placing 4 pieces on each skewer. Grill for 7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken reaches 70 °C when checked with an instant-read thermometer.
