Cheesy prosciutto & arugula flatbread

Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
- 1 (12-ounce) pizza dough (thawed, if frozen)
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup pitted green olives, chopped
- 90g thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1 to 2 cups baby arugula
- 1/4 to 1/2 cups BelGioioso Shaved Salad Blend cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- On a work surface dusted with flour, and using a floured rolling pin, flatten the dough into a circle or rectangle with a thickness of about ⅛-inch (approximately a 12-inch circle or a 12- x 10-inch rectangle). Place the dough onto the lined baking sheet. Brush olive oil evenly over the dough and sprinkle with salt. Bake until the dough becomes crispy and golden brown underneath, which should take around 20 minutes. Allow it to cool on a rack.
- Sprinkle the olives on top of the flatbread, followed by adding prosciutto and arugula. Add cheese on top and drizzle with additional olive oil. Cut into wedges and then serve.
