Celery & blue cheese salad

Indulge in the refreshing crunch of celery combined with the bold flavors of tangy blue cheese in this tantalizing salad bursting with taste.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Head of Celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup Almonds and/or Walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley and/or dill leaves
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Peas (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 pinches Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Start by grating the outer yellow part and squeezing the juice of the lemon into a small bowl. Mix in the rest of the ingredients for the dressing and whisk until well combined.
  2. Combine all the ingredients for the salad in a big bowl. Drizzle the dressing over them and mix well until everything is coated. Add more salt and pepper according to your taste.
