Celery & blue cheese salad

Ingredients:
- 1 Head of Celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Blue cheese
- 1/4 cup Almonds and/or Walnuts (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley and/or dill leaves
- 1/2 cup Cooked Chickpeas
- 1/2 cup Cooked Peas (frozen or fresh)
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 Lemon
- 2 pinches Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions:
- Start by grating the outer yellow part and squeezing the juice of the lemon into a small bowl. Mix in the rest of the ingredients for the dressing and whisk until well combined.
- Combine all the ingredients for the salad in a big bowl. Drizzle the dressing over them and mix well until everything is coated. Add more salt and pepper according to your taste.
