Caprese salad

Indulge in the classic flavors of a fresh Caprese salad. Juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, fragrant basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze create a mouthwatering culinary experience. Taste the freshness!

Ingredients:

  • 4 handfuls fresh arugula leaves
  • 2 Heirloom Tomatoes, thickly sliced
  • 4 pieces buffalo mozzerella
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 4 dashes extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Arrange some arugula on four plates as a base.
  2. Cut tomatoes into thin slices, about a quarter-inch thick, and place four slices on the arugula on each plate.
  3. Place a generous portion of creamy buffalo mozzarella on top of the tomatoes. There's no need to hold back.
  4. Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the salads and lightly season with salt.
  5. Complete the dish by tearing some fresh basil leaves and scattering them over each plate. (Feel free to be generous with the basil too.)
