Caprese salad

Ingredients:

  • 8 ripe plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 balls of mozzarella (or vegetarian alternative), sliced
  • handful of basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions:
