Caprese mozzarella salad bites

Delight in the freshness of Caprese mozzarella salad bites. Tangy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and aromatic basil combine for a burst of flavor in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 2 endives
  • 1 large green zebra or yellow tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Instructions:

  1. Remove the endive leaves and keep the bigger ones aside.
  2. Combine the tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and dressing in a bowl, season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Fill the leaves with this mixture and top them with some Parmesan. Place the bites on a platter and serve.
