Cannellini bean salad
Enjoy a fresh and protein-packed Cannellini bean salad bursting with flavors of lemon, herbs, and garlic. A healthy and satisfying dish for all tastes.
Ingredients:
- 3 Tbs. chopped onions
- 2 fresh sage leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbs. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 cups cannellini beans (canned okay)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Mix together onions, sage, parsley, oil, vinegar, and salt in a food processor and blend until creamy. Transfer the mixture to a sealed container and store in the refrigerator for a maximum of two days. When ready to serve, mix it with beans and adjust the flavor with salt and pepper. It is recommended to prepare this dish a couple of hours before dinner and allow it to come to room temperature before serving.
