Caesar salad dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 anchovies in oil
  • 15g parmesan
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Make a garlic paste by crushing it using a pestle and mortar, then mix in the anchovies – you can also achieve this by using a knife on a cutting board. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and grate the parmesan cheese finely, afterward mix in the mayonnaise and vinegar. The dressing should be similar to the texture of yogurt – if it appears too thick, add a few drops of water to make it smoother. Can be refrigerated for up to three hours.
