Buffalo turkey dip

Discover the delicious flavors of buffalo turkey dip! A savory blend of tender turkey, tangy buffalo sauce, and creamy goodness all in one bite.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup salad dressing spread
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup finely crumbled blue cheese, plus more for serving
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo-style hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped oven-roasted turkey (skin removed)
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped, plus celery sticks, for serving
  • 1 medium carrot, finely chopped, plus carrot sticks, for serving
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
  2. In a food processor, blend together salad dressing spread, sour cream, blue cheese, hot sauce, milk, and cream cheese until a smooth mixture is formed. Transfer the blended mixture to a medium-sized bowl and mix in the turkey. 
  3. Place the turkey mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish, ensuring the top is smoothed out. Bake the mixture until it is heated through and starts to lightly brown around the edges, typically taking 25 to 30 minutes. Allow the dip to cool on a rack for 5 minutes. 
  4. Sprinkle chopped celery and carrots on top of the dip, then add parsley and additional blue cheese. Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips, celery, and carrot sticks for dipping.
