Brussels sprouts salad with blue cheese and maple dressing

Ingredients:
- 1 lb halved brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Start by preheating the oven to 180 °C.
- Place the pecans on a baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-12 minutes or until they become aromatic. Allow them to cool down afterwards.
