Broccoli & grape salad

Ingredients:
- 3 ½ cups very small broccoli florets
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- ¼ cup whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 cup halved seedless red grapes
- ¼ cup toasted sliced almonds
Instructions:
- Place a big bowl filled with ice water close to the stove. Boil water in a medium pot. Put in broccoli and onion; cook until the broccoli turns vibrant green and is slightly crisp, around 2 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer the vegetables into the ice water. Allow them to cool for about 2 minutes. Drain well and then pat dry with paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, combine and mix yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Gently stir in the broccoli mix, grapes, and almonds. Serve right away.
