Broccoli & grape salad

Discover the delightful blend of tender broccoli florets and juicy grapes in this refreshing salad. Perfect for a burst of flavors in every bite!

Ingredients:

  • 3 ½ cups very small broccoli florets
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 cup halved seedless red grapes
  • ¼ cup toasted sliced almonds

Instructions:

  1. Place a big bowl filled with ice water close to the stove. Boil water in a medium pot. Put in broccoli and onion; cook until the broccoli turns vibrant green and is slightly crisp, around 2 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer the vegetables into the ice water. Allow them to cool for about 2 minutes. Drain well and then pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine and mix yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Gently stir in the broccoli mix, grapes, and almonds. Serve right away.
