Boneless buffalo chicken wings
Delicious boneless buffalo chicken wings salad recipe with a tangy hot sauce, tender chicken, and crisp veggies for a mouthwatering meal.
Ingredients:
- 910g chicken wings, separated if necessary
- 1 ½ teaspoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons Buffalo-style hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- Blue cheese or ranch dressing, carrot and celery sticks for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cover a large baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top, then spray it with cooking oil. Dry the wings and put them in a bowl. Mix in oil and baking powder, and toss them together until coated. Place the wings on the rack in a single layer. Bake until the skin is crispy and the chicken is fully cooked, around 45 to 50 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, mix together hot sauce, butter, and honey. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Stir occasionally and let it reduce slightly for about 5 minutes. Take it off the heat and add vinegar.
- Move the wings to a big bowl. Pour the Buffalo sauce over them and toss until they are evenly covered. Put them on a serving platter. You can also serve them with dressing, carrots, and celery on the side if you prefer.
