Blueberry and mango salad with tahini ginger dressing

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup organic brown rice syrup

- 8 -10 tablespoons water (purified / filtered)
- 8 handfuls Whole Foods Market organic spring salad mix
- 2 cups organic blueberries
- 2 cups organic mango (peeled, cubed)
- 1 cup Whole Foods Market organic pecans
Instructions:
- Make the dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly until they are fully blended. Customize the sweetness to your liking and adjust the amount of water to achieve your desired thickness.
