Blue cheese salad spears

Instructions:

  1. Heat up the bacon in a big nonstick pan on medium-high heat until it turns golden and crispy, turning it over halfway through, which takes about 6 minutes. Move the bacon to paper towels to soak up excess oil, then break it into small pieces.
