Black bean salad

Delicious black bean salad recipe bursting with vibrant colors and flavors. Packed with fresh veggies, aromatic herbs, and zesty dressing. Perfect for a quick and healthy meal!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 lime
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. After draining and washing the beans, transfer them to a medium bowl. Combine with scallion, tomato, and onion. Cut cilantro into the bowl using kitchen scissors. Include jalapeno. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture. Pour olive oil. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
