Belgian endive stuffed salad

Ingredients:
- 2 Belgian Endive
- 2 Pears
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon maple or agave syrup
- 1/2 cup toasted finely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup Spanish Goat Cheese
Instructions:
- Ingredients needed: Two Belgian Endives (cleaned and separated, bought from Whole Foods). 2 Pears (Korean or Bosc work well) diced and cooked in butter until they start to caramelize. This usually takes under 5 minutes. Drizzle with a teaspoon of maple or agave syrup. Allow to cool. In the meantime, toast walnuts in an oven preheated to 180 °Cor a couple of minutes, then chop finely. Combine walnuts, pear, and fresh goat cheese (available at the cheese counter in Whole Foods) and fill each endive leaf with the salad mixture. Enjoy!
