Baby greens and berry salad

Indulge in the freshness of baby greens mixed with the sweetness of ripe berries in this delightful salad bursting with flavors and nutrients.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Daisy Brand Light Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon very finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 170g package baby salad greens
  • 3 cups fresh mixed berries
  • 1/3 cup honey roasted sliced almonds

Instructions:

  1. 1.Combine sour cream, apple juice concentrate, poppy seeds, onion, and salt in a small bowl. Mix well using a wire whisk.
  2. 2.Evenly distribute the salad greens on 6 salad plates. Add the berries on top of each plate.
  3. 3.Before serving, pour the dressing over the salads and sprinkle with almonds.
