Baby arugula salad with toasted pepitas and shaved parmesan

Ingredients:
- 4 cups Baby Arugula
- 1/4 cup Shaved Parmesan
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/2 cup Pepitas
- 1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Smoky Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- zest of 2 Lemons
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions:
