Avocado salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch watercress
  • 2 bunches red leaf lettuce
  • 3 avocados
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper

Instructions:

  1. Start by cleaning and drying the watercress and lettuce. Chop the lettuce into small pieces and place on 4 plates. Layer the watercress on top of the lettuce in the middle of each plate. Halve the avocados and cut 4 slices that are 1/2-inch thick. Arrange the avocado slices in a fan shape over the watercress. Combine vinegar, olive oil, and lemon pepper in a bowl and mix well. Pour this dressing evenly over the salad before serving.
