Ingredients:
- 1 bunch watercress
- 2 bunches red leaf lettuce
- 3 avocados
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/4 cups olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
Instructions:
- Start by cleaning and drying the watercress and lettuce. Chop the lettuce into small pieces and place on 4 plates. Layer the watercress on top of the lettuce in the middle of each plate.
