Avocado caprese salad

Ingredients:

- 230g fresh mozzarella, cut into eight slices
- 1 ripe avocado from Mexico, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon teaspoon sea salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Start by arranging tomato slices, big basil leaves, mozzarella slices, and avocado slices on a big serving platter, creating layers and spreading them out slightly on the platter until all the mozzarella, tomato, and avocado are used.
- Add a generous drizzle of high-quality olive oil and a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper and sea salt.
- Complete the salad by decorating with a few small basil leaves before serving.
