Asian cucumber salad

Delicious Asian cucumber salad recipe bursting with fresh flavors & vibrant colors. A perfect blend of tangy, sweet, & savory tastes for a delightful culinary experience.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions:

  1. Mix the first 7 ingredients in a big bowl. Add cucumbers, mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle sesame seeds, mix gently; serve right away.
