Arugula and fresh mozzarella salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of fresh, washed arugula
- 3 – 1” thick slices Mozarella – These come pre cut and can be sliced thinner if desired)
- 3 fairly thick slices of tomatoes
Instructions:
- Lay out the Arugula leaves as a base and place the tomatoes on top
- Top it off with the pieces of Mozzarella
- Pour some olive oil over the dish and savor the flavors
