Arugula and fresh mozzarella salad

Indulge in a flavorful blend of peppery arugula and creamy mozzarella in a refreshing salad. Perfect for a zesty and light meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of fresh, washed arugula
  • 3 – 1” thick slices Mozarella – These come pre cut and can be sliced thinner if desired)
  • 3 fairly thick slices of tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Lay out the Arugula leaves as a base and place the tomatoes on top
  2. Top it off with the pieces of Mozzarella
  3. Pour some olive oil over the dish and savor the flavors
