Apple & kale salad with mustard vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • A bunch of Kale, removed from the stem and roughly chopped
  • ½ apple, diced
  • ¼ cup grated carrots

  • ¼ red pepper, sliced

  • ¾ teaspoon mustard
