Apple, carrot & cabbage chopped salad
Enjoy a delightful fusion of fresh apple sweetness with the crispness of carrots and the crunch of cabbage in this colorful chopped salad. Satisfaction guaranteed.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- 8 cups shredded green cabbage (from 1 small head)
Instructions:
- Combine lemon juice, oil, parsley, mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a spacious bowl. Mix well before adding cabbage; stir until cabbage is evenly coated. Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes, then give it another toss. You can serve the dish right away or put it in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour before serving.
