Apple and cabbage salad with apple molasses dressing

Ingredients:
- 510g shredded green cabbage
- 2 pieces apples
- 170g lump crab meat
- 110g coarsely chopped toasted pecans
- 110g golden raisins
- 2 tablespoons apple cider molasses
- 60g apple cider vinegar
- 110g olive oil
- 1 dash freshly ground black pepper
- 1 dash salt
Instructions:
- Finely chop the cabbage into small pieces
- Soak the raisins in hot water to soften for 10 minutes
- Rinse the crab meat and combine with the cabbage
- Place the apple cider molasses in a small bowl
- Stir the apple cider vinegar into the molasses until it dissolves
- Blend the olive oil into the apple cider mixture
- Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Remove the water from the raisins and mix them with the cabbage and crab meat
- Cut the apples, leaving the peel on, into small pieces and add them to the cabbage mixture
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix well
- Serve right away or store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
