Ahi tuna and mushroom bake

Ingredients:
- 230g cremini or button mushrooms, halved
- 3 tablespoon toasted sesame oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 450g ahi tuna, cut into 1 1⁄2-inch pieces
- 4 cup salad greens
- handful fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- sea salt, to taste
- freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Heat up the oven to 200 °C.
- Spread out the mushrooms on a baking sheet and mix them with 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and minced garlic, then season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes.
- While the mushrooms are roasting, blend the remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, lime juice, and grated ginger in a big bowl. Add the tuna and gently stir to cover. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the marinated tuna onto the baking sheet with the mushrooms, gently combining them, and continue baking for another 5 minutes.
- For serving, split the mixed salad greens and fresh cilantro onto two plates and arrange the mushrooms and tuna on top, pouring any remaining pan drippings over the greens.
