Adrianna's asparagus salad

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 cup Manchego cheese or Parmisan (freshly grated)
- 1 lemon
- 7 dried thyme flowers
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme honey

Instructions:
- Remove the tops of the asparagus and set them aside for another dish (like pasta perhaps?). Discard the tough ends of the asparagus and thinly slice them using a vegetable peeler. Transfer the slices to a salad bowl.
