A fancy and beautiful tomato, cucumber, and carrot salad

Ingredients:
- 1 large tomato (mine was about 280g)
- 8-280g mixed cherry tomatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 English cucumber
- 3-110g feta cheese
- 2 cups pita chips
- 1 tablespoon harissa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh pepper
Instructions:
- Dice the tomato into 12-16 wedges, and place them in a salad bowl
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters, and add them to the salad bowl
- Slice the carrots thinly into discs, and include them in the salad bowl
- Slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin spears and then cut them into 1-inch sections, add to the salad bowl
- Chop the feta cheese into rough pieces, and add to the salad bowl
- Combine the harissa and olive oil in a large mixing bowl until mixed well, then toss in the 2 cups of pita chips until they are coated evenly
- Add the pita chips and any remaining harissa and oil to the salad bowl, mix well, and dress with lemon juice, salt, and pepper
