Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sherry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • Chilli infused olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Bourbon whisky
  • 1/4 Watermelon
  • 2 cups Watercress
  • 2 Olive sliced
  • 1/4 cup Sun dried tomato sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli infused olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Lime juice
  • 1 pinch Poppy seed

Instructions:

  2. To start, slice a piece of watermelon that is 1 cm thick and set it aside
  3. Next, combine honey, sherry vinegar, and lime juice. Soak another slice of watermelon in this mixture and set it aside
  4. Then, slice another piece of watermelon, heat a pan using chili-infused olive oil, and sauté the slice for about 1 minute on each side or until it starts to caramelize. Once the watermelon is cooked, add whisky to the pan and carefully ignite it using the stove flame (flambé). Take caution as the flame may rise high.

  6. Combine olive oil and sun-dried tomatoes with watercress, and then toss them with the chili oil and lime juice dressing
