Zucchini Fritters

Crispy and delicious zucchini fritters, perfect as a snack! Made with fresh zucchini and a hint of garlic, these bites are satisfying and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchini (approximately 400g)
  • 1 onion (approximately 100g)
  • 2 cloves garlic (approximately 6g)
  • 100g flour
  • 2 large eggs (approximately 100g)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Grate the zucchini and place it in a colander to drain any excess water for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and add the flour, grated zucchini, minced garlic, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Spoon the zucchini mixture into the pan, forming small fritters.
  5. Fry each side for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
