Zucchini and Cheese Fritters
Deliciously crispy zucchini and cheese fritters that make the perfect snack. Packed with flavor and easy to make, they can be enjoyed by all ages!
Ingredients:
- 400g zucchini
- 100g cheese
- 2 eggs
- 50g flour
- salt
- pepper
- oil for frying
Instructions:
- Grate the zucchini and place it in a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, grated cheese, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the zucchini mixture and flatten it slightly. Place it in the hot oil.
- Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with a dipping sauce of your choice.
