Zucchini and Cheese Fritters

Deliciously crispy zucchini and cheese fritters that make the perfect snack. Packed with flavor and easy to make, they can be enjoyed by all ages!

Ingredients:

  • 400g zucchini
  • 100g cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Grate the zucchini and place it in a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, grated cheese, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Scoop a tablespoon of the zucchini mixture and flatten it slightly. Place it in the hot oil.
  5. Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve warm with a dipping sauce of your choice.
