Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchini, grated
  • 100 grams cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 50 grams flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Grate the zucchini and place it in a clean dish towel. Squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, shredded cheese, beaten egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil, flattening them slightly to form fritters.
  5. Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
