Zucchini and Cheese Fritters

Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchini, grated
- 100g cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 50g flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, grated cheese, egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
