Delicious and crispy zucchini and cheese fritters, perfect for snacking or as an appetizer. Easy to make and packed with flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchini, grated
  • 100g cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 50g flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, grated cheese, egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Spoon portions of the mixture into the hot oil, flattening them slightly to form fritters.
  5. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove the fritters and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
