These Zucchini and Cheese Fritters are delicious, crispy snacks that are perfect for any occasion. Made with fresh zucchini and cheese, they are both healthy and tasty!

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchini, grated
  • 100g cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 50g flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Grate the zucchini and place it in a bowl. Sprinkle some salt and allow it to sit for 10 minutes to release moisture.
  2. Squeeze out the excess water from the zucchini and return it to the bowl.
  3. Add the grated cheese, egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until combined.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and place it in the pan, flattening it slightly.
  6. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining mixture, adding more oil if necessary.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
